Medication and Prescription Requests
If your visit involves a medication question or prescription request, Dr. Sharma may need to review your medication history and related information. When that additional review is needed, there is a $15 prescription review fee.
Prescribing is not guaranteed. Any prescription depends on the clinical evaluation, the medical history available for review, applicable law, and Dr. Sharma’s medical judgment.
The cost of any medication is separate from the visit fee and is paid directly to the pharmacy.
