Care is based on where you are physically located at the time of the visit. Currently, HealthWinds can provide telehealth visits when you are in Illinois. If you’re temporarily out of state, you can still connect with your physician by phone for care and guidance while traveling. Video visits, prescribing, and certain treatment decisions will resume once you return to Illinois. We are actively expanding to additional states and will update patients as availability grows.
