Medication and Prescription Requests
If your visit involves a medication review, there is a $15 medication history prescription review fee that covers the cost of that review.
Prescribing is not guaranteed. Any prescription depends on the clinical evaluation, the medical history available for review, applicable law, and Dr. Sharma’s medical judgment.
The cost of any medication is separate from the visit fee and is paid directly to the pharmacy.

This service is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a response from HealthWinds.
Some concerns cannot be safely evaluated virtually. HealthWinds may decline or redirect a request when another type of care is more appropriate.

Dr. Sharma is a board-certified family medicine physician with over 11 years of experience specializing in personal primary care with Duly Health and Care, Loyola Medicine, and Macneal Hospital, among others. His approach integrates behavioral health directly into primary care, addressing the physical and lifestyle factors that most practices refer out or overlook entirely.
